At Gateway we do church differently than most churches. We sit at tables rather than in rows so it's more of a conversation than a lecture. However, you don't have to share (or pray out loud) and we promise "no fixing one another." We leave that to the Word of God (the Bible) and the Holy Spirit. Also, we have a facilitator at every table to welcome you, to help you if you need help, and to keep things comfortable.
